Honor is a smartphone brand owned by Huawei Technologies. Honor provides smartphone handsets targeting young consumers but has released tablet computers and wearable technology as well. At Internationale Funkausstellung Berlin (IFA) 2020 annual tech show (Europe’s biggest annual tech show), going on in Germany. Honor expanded its footprint in the smartwatches market by launching the Honor Watch GS Pro and Honor Watch ES. The event began on 3 September in Berlin and will go on till 5 September.
Honor Watch GS Pro is designed as a rugged offering with MIL-STD 810G-rated build that is thermal, shock, and water resistant. While the Honor Watch ES is designed for keeping fitness more fitness focussed, Watch has many features including heart rate monitor. Both the watches by Honor have great battery life, Honor GS pro can go up to 25 days on a single charge. on the other hand Honor Watch ES and last up to 10 days on a single charge.
Honor Watch GS Pro specifications
Honor Watch GS Pro has a 1.39 inch AMOLED display with a great resolution of 454×454 px. Honor Watch GS Pro has GPS support with dual satellite positioning systems. Honor GS Pro is powered by Kirin A1 SoC, we can see Kirin A1 SoC in some other smartwatches as well like in Huawei GT 2. Honor Watch GS Pro comes with 100 workout mode. These workout modes include 15 professional and 85 customised modes. Honor GS Pro also comes with preloaded multi-skiing modes as well as provides outdoor information such as sunrise and sunset times, moon and tidal phases, and bad weather alerts.
Honor GS Pro has 4 GB of onboard storage. You can use Honor GS Pro to send and receive messages, take calls without taking your phone out. Honor Watch GS Pro has provided a list of health-tracking features on the Honor Watch GS Pro. These include 24/ 7 heart rate monitoring, all-night sleep tracking, and SpO2 monitor for blood oxygen level measurements.

Honor Watch ES is slightly bigger than Honor Watch GS Pro, it comes with an AMOLED display of 1.64 inches. Honor Watch ES got resolution of 456×280 px. Honor watch has always-on functionality and its protected by 2.5 D. It is basic for fitness freaks. Honor watch ES 24/7 heart rate monitor, it is using Huawei’s TruSeen 4.0 technology. Honor ES also comes with stress and sleep monitoring. It has 95 workout modes, 12 animated workout classes and 44 animated exercise moves.

You can get Honor watch GS Pro in EUR 249.99, while Honor Watch ES has a price tag of EUR 99.99. You can buy both the Honor watches in the European market from 7 September. It will be soon available globally too. while for Indian users Honor watch GS Pro will go on sale in October.
