face masks are mandatory

Treat Face Masks as Covid Vaccines, says Delhi Health Today, we are going to discuss Delhi Health Minister Satyendar Jain’s statement for considering “Face Masks as Covid vaccines.” As we all are aware, winters are approaching, where the spread of coronavirus is directly proportional to this season. Being in a battle with this deadly virus has made lives challenging to survive and impossible to escape. However, as festival season is sinking in, the health minister has requested Delhiites to remain cautious regarding their surroundings. As in the national capital, the Delhi government has been alarmed by the growing air pollution rate. If mixed with the virus, we cannot fathom the damage it may cause. There is no certainty about the vaccine yet as to which this is the best bet we have.

Reportedly, the current report suggests 48,648 new cases, and around 53 death cases have been registered. Thus, as per the Union Ministry data, around 1,21,090 were reported on Friday. Interestingly, a new study has come to effect, as it stated the genomic evidence that the oral polio vaccine may well be protecting the younger ones of the population. From the start, we know older adults and children are more vulnerable than any other age group so that the polio vaccine can be tested. Although Satyendar Jain has not commented upon it, we can surely trust him to examine this study soon.

From the beginning of the lockdown, we all were terrified about this virus. We were caged in our houses while spending life with our loved ones; however, some of them slept on the streets with no food in their stomachs. On the economic front, the nation’s GDP has steeped into negative strata, while financially, people suffer emotionally and psychologically. The government has tried its best to spread awareness about this devil virus and educated people about its precautionary steps. In Andhra Pradesh, many health department officials organized a candlelight march to enforce this issue and spread people to become mask warriors.

The spread of the virus has taken many lives and made people victims of poverty. However, when the lockdown was imposed, people were advised to wear masks and sanitize accordingly. Therefore, the health minister has requested people wear masks and treat face masks as Covid vaccines. “Even if 100 people will wear face masks, and follow the proper guideline we are certain that this virus will lose the battle and we shall shine as victorious. Until vaccines will be introduced, one should consider face masks as corona vaccines.” Thus, till vaccines arrive, we have to take precautionary steps at a personal level.

Amid the rising spread of the virus, Delhi has another threat as air pollution. According to a survey, Delhi’s air quality is regarded as inferior, which is not good. To combat this problem, Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal has launched an app called ‘Green Delhi’ mobile application, which can be downloaded from Google Play Store. As to ensure public participation, the government has asked its citizens to upload photos and videos whenever they will come across polluting human activities.
