As winter sets in, Xbox Game Pass is offering a wealth of new titles for players to enjoy from the comfort of their homes. Over the next couple of weeks, more than a dozen games will be added to the service, providing plenty of content for all types of gamers.
The first notable release is Lonely Mountain: Snow Riders, a multiplayer skiing game available on cloud, PC, and Xbox Series X/S via Game Pass Ultimate and PC. This game arrives as a day-one addition. Another exciting multiplayer title is Flock, a co-op adventure where players collect adorable critters with friends, available on console via Game Pass Standard.
Revival of Gigantic and Other Notable Game Additions
Gigantic: Rampage Edition, a revived MOBA, makes its return with no microtransactions, available on cloud, console, and PC. Additionally, Kunitsu-Gami: Path of the Goddess and the pixel art platformer Magical Delicacy are being added to Game Pass Standard. Also, Tchia, an open-world adventure game, joins the service for Xbox Series X/S players, offering an immersive experience that was one of 2023’s standout titles.
On January 28, two exciting day-one games will hit Game Pass: Eternal Strands (action RPG) and Orcs Must Die! Deathtrap (tower defense action). These games will be available for Game Pass Ultimate and PC members, but Orcs Must Die! will not be available on Xbox One.
February Adds Far Cry New Dawn and Removes Several Titles
In February, Far Cry New Dawn will be added to Game Pass for cloud, console, and PC players. However, several games, including Anuchard, Darkest Dungeon, and Serious Sam: Siberian Mayhem, will leave the service on January 31.
Lastly, Xbox’s Developer Direct showcase on Thursday will feature new details about upcoming titles like Doom: The Dark Ages, South of Midnight, and Clair Obscur: Expedition 33. One of these may surprise players by joining Game Pass as a day-one release.
